Roles and Responsibilities Genpact Off Campus Drive 2024 :

• Meeting Activity Targets: Responsible for meeting allotted activity targets and managing daily tasks.
• Accounts Receivable: Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances; perform collection functions on given accounts and answer customer payment issues.
• Payment Negotiations: Conduct payment negotiations with customers and escalate accounts when necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like Contracts, Credit, Billing, and Accounts Receivable to solve issues affecting payments.
• Customer Communication: Communicate with customers in a positive and friendly manner to collect payments and address concerns.
• Invoice Management: Create and send manual invoices following SOX protocol, and correct errors in invoices when needed.
• Issue Resolution: Research operational issues with field personnel and monitor accounts at risk for payment issues.
